SKIN – Cream colored and pretty smooth.
FLESH – Cream/whitish colored that becomes yellow when baked.
TASTE – Pretty sweet and fairly firm inside (Hannahs are considered a dry or firm meaning that the flesh is pretty firm and dry when cooked).
